Introduction: Tolosa Hunt syndrome (THS) is described as unilateral orbital pain associated with paresis of one or more of the third, fourth and/or sixth cranial nerves caused by a granulomatous inflammation in the cavernous sinus, superior orbital fissure or orbit.
